Air-Powered Rotatable Base Pneumatic Winches

YS’s rotatable base pneumatic winches are specially designed for use on applications where the winches are required to be lifting or pulling loads in different directions frequently. These winches can be rotated horizontally and fixed to be working in almost every angle, which increases the practicality substantially and offers great conveniences. They are available in capacities range from 1ton through 10 tons, and the winch body can be customized based on any of the others of our pneumatic winches, (eg. stainless weather-adaptable offshore air-powered winches and underground spark-resistant mining air-driven winches) to meet the different requirements on both onshore and offshore applications.

Compatibility

The rotatable base can be virtually matched to any of our winches with more than 1000kg capacities.
Let us know if you would like to use for mining with our high capacity air-driven mining winch,
Or cast iron stainless weather-resistant offshore drilling pneumatic winch.
5-ton air winch and 10-ton air winch are recommeded for standard applications with relatively lower price

Safety

Pneumatic drive and non-aluminum design reduces the risk of explosion or sparks
(ATEX Certified level Ex II 2GD c T5 IIB T100°C)
Variable speed lift and shift lever for precise control and positioning.
Adjustable load limiter integrated into the winch body stops lifting/pulling when the winch is overloaded.
Multiple brakes and the heavy-duty fully-enclosed disc brake enables smooth operation.
(Manual drum lever brake, auto-disc brake, cylinder brake, and air-operated emergency stop button.)
Rachet/Pawl mechanism prevents it from unwinding unless the ratchet is retracted.

Performance

Powerful piston air motor has variable speed control, provides strong starting torque, precise positioning and superior reliability in harsh environments.
Unlimited duty cycle allows for high efficiency.
The direction of drum rotation can be controlled via the throttle lever, by changing the working direction of the air motor. (The piston air motor working direction can be shifted instantly without undue delay)
